By accessing and using our website, you agree to all the following Terms and Conditions.

The seller reserves all the rights to amend this website, related policies and agreement, and this Terms and Conditions at any time. It is our advice for you to check any update on our site on a regular basis.

1. Prohibitions and Failure to Comply

We may take actions against your account for activities including, but not limited to:

Use any technology to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupt any of our services in any way.

Initiating communications that contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material.

Advertising or sending unsolicited messages of any kind.

Impersonating others or providing any kind of false information

The seller reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion. We may send you an email to inform you of the termination of your account in such an event.

All software and content—including text, audio, video, graphics, photos, and images—are the intellectual property of the Seller, protected by copyright and international laws.  This website is only for your personal and non-commercial use. Non-personal or commercial use of the website and its content is forbidden unless expressly authorized by the Seller or third-party licensors.  You may not share, copy, publish, sell, or license any website content without the Seller’s permission.  Any unauthorized actions may result in civil consequences or criminal penalties.

The seller reserves the right to withdraw or amend any item of our services without prior notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time and for any period.

Some products or services may be supplied or managed by third parties.  We have no control over these third-party units, and we will not be liable for any intellectual property infringement in which these third-party units may be involved.

The online store may include links to other websites or resources not operated or prepared by Seller. We have no control over such sites and resources, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with your use of them.

The seller disclaims responsibility for the content or accuracy of any external web pages, including but not limited to third-party advertisers associated with this website.  Use of these external websites or resources will be at your own risk and subject to the terms of use and service contained within each of such sites.

4. Eligibility to Purchase

To be eligible to place orders on this site, you must:

Possess a valid credit/debit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to Seller for payment or possess a valid PayPal account.

Submit personal and payment information that is valid and accurate, including your email address, legal name, phone number, billing information, and any other requested details.

While placing an order with us, you agree to authorize Seller to process a charge or charges on your credit/debit card or PayPal account in the total amount of the purchase price of your order. You also expressly authorize us to use the personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and to, where necessary, transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties including, but not limited to, credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies, which may keep a record of that information.

Your orders will be subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be sold to others.  

5. Product Description

The seller will try our best to ensure that the content and the product descriptions on our online shop are accurate and complete. We, however, do not guarantee that the content and product descriptions on our website are flawlessly accurate, complete, current, or error-free. We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction resulting from a product provided by the Seller that does not match its description.  

6. Pricing

Prices shown on our website are in The United States dollars (USD). All prices are retail prices and do not include shipping costs.

Prices shown on the website at the time your order is accepted will be applied, unless there is a clear and evident error.  We always endeavor to ensure that all prices shown on the website are accurate, we, however, do not guarantee that they are error-free, and we reserve our right to rectify any errors found. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or canceling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we assume you will cancel the order.

If your credit or debit card is not denominated in The United States dollars (USD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank or PayPal, or Shopify Payments, or other payment processors which this website currently used, in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card bank or PayPal, or Shopify Payments, or other payment processors which this website currently used. 7. Payment

We accept payments made by Debit or Credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JBC, and Banks, or PayPal, or available payment options used by this website.

By placing an order using one of the above Credit or Debit card and online payment methods, you confirm that the Credit or Debit card(s), or PayPal account, or Google Pay, or Amazon Pay, used is yours, or you authorize, or authorized by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to Seller, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All payment conducted on our online store is processed by PayPal or Google Pay, or Amazon Pay, as Payment Processor, through the payment system using Shopify platform, any current used platform. Once you make payment on our store, you are agreeing the payment terms of Seller, and such Processor. You may refer to the Terms and Conditions of Seller and such Processor for your reference. The seller guarantees your personal details will only be used to process your transaction and not for any unauthorized purposes.  In the absence of our negligence, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer from the fault or negligence of another party.

8. Acceptance of your Order

Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order with us, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. Please be reminded that this email is only confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. The contract with the seller is complete once you receive the dispatch confirmation email.  The contract applies solely to the goods specified in the confirmation email issued at the time of dispatch. Sales contracts are written in English and executed in the United States.

 

The seller reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, one of the following:

The product you ordered is unavailable because it is out of stock, does not meet our quality standards, or cannot be shipped due to restrictions.

We identify a pricing or product description error.

We are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

You do not meet the eligibility criteria to purchase as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Seller ships only to U.S. addresses. Orders from U.S. warehouses typically arrive in 1–15 days; shipments to or from outside the U.S. may take 1–25 days.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart once you have selected your shipping address during the checkout process.  Once your payment is confirmed and we have the items of your order in stock, the goods that you ordered will be dispatched quickly. An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. Your orders will be sent via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any available shipping services to us.

If your order is shipped, the prices will automatically be calculated without taxes and customs duties. Your purchase may or may not have these charges, depending on the policies of the designated country and/or the organization(s) that handle(s) the package. If any of the said charges apply, you may need to pay them to the respective collection authorities in advance of receiving your purchase upon delivery of your order. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Seller. Seller is not responsible for any of these charges and would not refund on item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted / undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Seller in advance.

The customs duties are different for each country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. The seller will endeavor to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors, for example, bad weather and customs clearance. In addition, Seller will not be responsible for any lost or delayed packages caused by the mistakes of the shipping carrier. In case of packages loss delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product to you in a timely manner. 

10. Exchange of Damaged Goods

Any damage or bad conditions of purchased merchandise must be done through email, including proof of condition and photos to Seller within 24 hours of the receipt of goods to qualify for refund and returns approval. We will offer you an exchange of goods after investigation.

You can exchange or return your product for up to 14 days from the receipt date with Seller's Returns Approval.

Products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned to the original undamaged box and/or packaging.

Discounted items are non-exchangeable.

Please note that we will not be able to provide any cash refund for unwanted products.

Please note that the buyers must bear any shipping fees charged for exchanging the products.

If the item is in good working condition because Buyers choose wrong size and/or color, the refund will be less than 20% restocking fee, plus the minimum original shipping charge of $12.75.

If the item is damaged or bad condition and Buyers requesting no exchange, a full refund will be applied.

Any damage or bad condition of purchased merchandise must be made through email, including proof of condition and photos to the Seller within 24 hours of the receipt of goods for Seller's Return Approval.

We don't accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or have their tag removed. Please read the Shipping & Returns Policy. There is a 20% restocking fee applied for all returns without reasonable explanation, or not have returns request 24 hours of delivery receipt.

Please carefully take your body measurements (shoulder, bust, chest, waist, hip, finger, wrist, etc.) when buying clothing and jewelry. We'll not accept returns on clothing and jewelry with claim of wrong size or unfit.

Before returning items, please read our/Facebook Returns Policy carefully on how to return qualified returned merchandise. When we receive your returns, we'll inspect for a qualified refund. Thank you.

11. Liability

Views expressed in any media by the designers, companies or third parties, whose products are sold on our online store, or with whom we are associated, are their own. The seller has no responsibility for any of such views, as they do not necessarily reflect ours.

The e-commerce provider that we are using is a separate entity from Seller. In this sense, we bear no responsibility for any consequences caused by their decisions, strategies, and opinions.
